Before sending a report
Include the page address, browser and operating-system versions, selected test mode, and the steps that reproduce the behavior. Describe whether the issue also occurs in another application. Remove names, account identifiers, serial numbers, and any data unrelated to the browser input issue. Exported event data is optional and should be reviewed before attaching it anywhere.
For a content correction, identify the exact statement and a primary technical source where possible. For accessibility feedback, describe the keyboard, screen reader, zoom, contrast, or motion setting involved. Do not send passwords, financial data, or confidential work material.
Contact address configuration
This repository does not include an email backend and must not show a fake success form. The deployment owner should set the public contact address in the documented site configuration before launch. Until then, the interface clearly marks contact as not configured instead of pretending a message was delivered.
When a real address is configured, this page can expose a `mailto:` link. Email delivery, retention, and the recipient’s provider are then outside the local wheel-test processing path and should be documented in the Privacy Policy if the operational arrangement changes.
